West Yorkshire Fire Service (WYFS)
In addition to the provision of a high quality emergency fire and rescue service, WYFS has a duty to provide fire safety advice on request. They are the enforcing authority in premises to which the Fire Precautions Act 1971 applies, namely offices, shops, factories, hotels, and boarding houses. as well as the Petroleum and Explosives Act.
